Welcome to the Texas Distance Education Professional Development Center & Call Center!
This is a place for Texas Adult Education students and educators. Our call center is open 7 days a week to provide technical assistance to Texas adult education students and educators. Our representatives can answer your questions about distance learning curriculum, learning management systems (Google Classroom, Canvas, etc), Zoom, the GED.com website, and more! Our Vision & Mission Statement
The Distance Education Professional Development Center (DEPDC) envisions a future where Texas adult educators and learners thrive in a digitally connected world. We empower educators with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver effective and equitable distance education, enhance digital literacy, and support diverse learner needs in a rapidly evolving landscape. Our Distance Education Call Center supports Texas adult educators and learners with technical assistance, online training, and digital learning resources—available 7 days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM CST.
DEPDC’s mission is to connect students and educators with the tools and support they need to thrive in today’s digital learning environment.
